Divisors’ list generator
Note : All positive integers greater than 1 have at least ‘1’ and themselves as divisors so they’re not added; zero obviously has every number as a divisor.

Computing method : For a number x, check for smallest prime divisor ps from list of known small divisors and, if found, compute all divisors from ps up until x/ps [PNL - Prime Number List]; if not, simply check if square root provides single divisor [SQRT]; if not, test for all divisors from p=2 to x/p [HN - Half Number].
